Cancellation Policy

  • A credit card on file is required to reserve ALL appointments.

  • We respectfully request at least 36 hours advanced notice for cancellations. As a courtesy, you are able to enroll in text and email reminders for your upcoming appointments.

  • Cancellations made within 36 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • “NO SHOWS” or cancellations made within 4 hours of appointment time will be charged 100% of reserved service amount.

  • A credit card on file is required to reserve an appointment and will be charged the appropriate charges if the cancellation policy is not met.

  • In the event we are able to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of original appointment time or fill the appointment with another client, there will be no fee applied.

  • Other than extreme weather conditions, there are no exceptions to this policy.
